Ashlye Durrell is a Senior Associate at CIBHS. Educated at Hampton University, an HBCU, she passionately champions equity and works to reduce health disparities in marginalized communities. Since its inception, Ashlye has been integral to the YOR project and other state and federally funded initiatives. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), she focuses on incorporating diversity and equity into treatment interventions. Beyond her primary role, she holds leadership positions on boards of youth-centered community organizations, advocating for systemic change.
