Cklara Moradian, LCSW

Cklara Moradian is the Deputy Project Director for YOR California 4 at Advocates for Human Potential, Inc. (AHP), where she leads statewide efforts to expand access to behavioral health services and strengthen the workforce. With 18 years of experience spanning direct service, clinical practice, program management, and systems-level leadership, she has designed and implemented large-scale initiatives that improve service delivery, address workforce shortages, and integrate healing-centered, developmentally appropriate care into youth-serving systems. Cklara has clinical expertise working with youth and their families along with supervising and teaching the next generation of practitioners. Her current work focuses on strategic planning, cross-sector collaboration, and sustainable workforce development, ensuring that organizations and providers have the tools and resources to deliver high-quality, evidence-informed, strengths-based, culturally responsive care. She has developed innovative training and technical assistance models, and partnered with state agencies, behavioral health organizations, and community leaders to drive lasting improvements in the field.
