Wendy Millis

Wendy Millis is a Senior Associate at CIBHS and serves as the Project Director for YOR California. With over 16 years of experience in the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) field, Wendy has previously held the position of Prevention Coordinator for Shasta County and Program Manager of the DMC-ODS program through Partnership HealthPlan of California. Throughout her career, she has worked on various projects aimed at improving treatment outcomes, enhancing prevention program efforts, and supporting long-term recovery. With a strong background in project management, team leadership, and strategic planning, Wendy is dedicated to delivering high-quality services that positively impact communities and individuals. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), she is passionate about advancing care for those affected by SUD and is committed to the core values and goals of the YOR California project
